Up for sale is a wonderful and highly collectible 1982 Fender Fullerton ’62 Reissue Stratocaster in Vintage White.
This one has so much case candy you’d think it was Halloween.
Both the body and neck are dated 12-16-82, and the pots also date to 1982. This is a in very good cosmetic condition and a nice example of one of Fender’s earliest Fullerton-era vintage reissues.
The guitar has been professionally set up and plays great. It has the typical slender C-shaped neck profile characteristic of these early ’62 reissues.
There is some horizontal finish checking across the body. This is commonly seen on Fullerton reissues from this period and is characteristic of the finish materials Fender was using at the time. It gives the guitar some genuine vintage character without detracting from its overall appearance.
It comes with its original Fullerton reissue case, complete with the distinctive “duck foot” tab, along with an unusually extensive assortment of original case candy.
