There is a lot to love here. It has the original finish, pick ups, and hardware. The guitar is lightweight for the era and has a nice fat neck.

It’s just been professionally set up and plays great. Sounds amazing. Listen to the demo video.

The pots were replaced in the early 1980s with 250K pots.  They had switched to 500k pots by 69, which can sound “ice-picky.”  The 250k pots sound much better.  The guitar had a modern American Standard Telecaster Bridge when I got it.  I put a proper repro Pat. No. Bridge on there.  The bridge change resulted in 3 small extra screw holes visible just along the bottom edge of the bridge.  They also shaved a hair off the bottom edge of the bridge pickup cavity since the newer bridge didn’t line up with the vintage one (see photos).

The guitar has just been professionally set up with 11s.  The truss rod works as it should.  When loosened the relief on the frets is straight. The truss rod works, but there’s no further forward relief we tightened, but it plays great in the current configuration with no issues.  Does not need a refret as set up, but there is a little wear on the first few frets.  I’ve priced it low so if you wanted to refret it, you could do that and still have plenty of room And also address the relief issue..

These changes/things make it a deal!  Price is good, so jump on it while you can.

Comes in more recent generic hard case.
