This is a player grade guitar that has had some repairs. The good news is that it sounds very, very nice. Even in its current condition, the action and playability are very good. It has nice sustain, a full, balanced sound, and will make a lovely player.
It has the original finish with some wear spots on the top, in the places you would expect from an instrument that has been regularly played. The guitar has been previously serviced. This included a B-string crack repair, the lowering of the saddle to allow for the lowest possible action, a crack on the back, and most significantly a peghead crack repair. There is also a very minor center seam separation that has been addressed with a cleat. Please see the photos for details.
The guitar has not had a neck reset, but it is eminently playable in the current setup. There is a slight amount of lift to the bottom end of the bridge, but it does not seem to be affecting the tone or sustain of the guitar, which is very nice.
So this is a player grade guitar. It could use some more work, but you could use it as is and obtain plenty of pleasure and enjoyment. The photos show it missing one bridge pin, but I will install one prior to shipment.
